Reliance Jio has announced a new prepaid plan for its subscribers, offering a validity of 1 year. This tariff plan is priced at Rs. 1,699 and offers 547GB of 4G data to its users along with unlimited calling minute sand the telecom operator is giving 100% cashback to its customers. Besides the long validity, one of the key highlights of this plan is that it offers 100 percent cash back to the customers. The plan with this offer will be available between October 18 and November 30, 2018.

The new long-validity plan is priced at Rs 1,699. As a part of the plan, users get unlimited local and national calling without any FUP, unlimited roaming and unlimited local and national SMS (100 per day capping). Being a long validity plan, it is valid for 365 days from the day of recharge. As for the data, a subscriber will be eligible for a total of 547.5GB of data for the whole year. 4G speeds will be restricted to 1.5GB per day after which the user will be downgraded to 64Kbps for the rest of the day. As a complimentary gift, subscribers of the plan get access to the Jio app suite. 

Diwali 100 percent Cashback offer

Now, coming to the cash back part. If the user recharges with Rs 1,699 plan between October 18 and November 30, the customer will be eligible to get 100 percent cash back. The cashback will be given in the form of coupons – three coupons priced at Rs 500 each, and one coupon priced at Rs 200. One can use these coupons at Reliance Digital or Reliance Digital Xpress Mini stores on a minimum purchase of Rs 5,000. 

Additionally, Reliance Jio has come up with a Diwali offer under which the telco is offering 100% cash back on all the recharge value. Prepaid plans eligible for the cashback are: Rs 149, Rs 198, Rs 299, Rs 349, Rs 398, Rs 399, Rs 448, Rs 449, Rs 498, Rs 509, Rs 799, Rs 999, Rs 1,699, Rs 1,999, Rs 4,999 and Rs 9,999. Notably, all the prepaid plans priced above Rs 100 are eligible for the 100% cashback offer.

Furthermore, some products at Reliance Digital stores will not be eligible for the coupon redemption. Those include hard disks of Seagate, Western Digital, Sony and tablets of Lenovo and Samsung. Also, phones from Xiaomi and Samsung are also exempted from the offer which is a big bummer.
